Ragdoll Personalities

Many people have described the Ragdoll personality

   as
.......The closest thing to having a human baby".

     Our Ragdolls have puppy-like

     personalities, and many are

easily taught to fetch just like a

dog does.  They will follow you

around, sleep with you, and will

greet you at the door when you

come home. Ragdolls like to be

with children and adults, and get

     along well with other animals.

They are laid back and relaxed.

Ragdolls  enjoy quiet time with their humans as well as

interacting with toys. Ragdolls are very smart, quickly learn

their names, and can be taught to come when you call them.

Ragdolls enjoy laying on their back with

all 4 feet up in the air.  It is both cute

and comical to see !  Ragdolls were so

named  because  of their ability to relax

and "go limp" in  your arms such as the

floppiness of the Raggedy Ann and

    Andy children's dolls.
Ragdolls make

awesome pets for children, and most

are very tolerant and relaxed them.

As you will see in the photos above..... they are such good

    sports and
sometimes you may actually wonder who is

having more fun....the child or the ragdoll.  (smile)

It may also be surprising to you that most Ragdolls LOVE

water ! Many of our Ragdolls really enjoy drinking water

straight from the faucet, in fact some even beg for it and line

up at the sink, awaiting THEIR turn!

AND... believe it or not....some of our customers report that

                      their ragdolls enjoy swimming !!!

Best of all
.....Ragdolls are calm, loving cats, who really want

to be your best friend !

There are only 2 breeds of cats:   Ragdolls, and.....those
                                 that wish they were !"
